IdeaPoint’s Smart Hub was designed to support the information flow of independent retailers, through a superset of all front shop items. The smart hub integrates with wholesale electronic product files, data warehouse and offers direct, real-time integration with store point-of-sale (POS). In the smart  hub, product data can be merged from multiple sources via preferred subscriptions and approvals, as much of the processes are automated via trusted settings. A true, bottom-up approach to file management, smart hub can manage by exception while handling all store level participation transparently in a store’s existing POS interface.
